When he opens his mouth I can’t focus on anything besides his giant blinding dentures. MAFS should never accept people who are divorced AND have children under 18 who they do not have custody of. Brook wasn’t sorry one stinking bit. She only ‘apologized’ because she didn’t want Bec or Gia, one upping her. That was no true apology, she was lying through her sphincter lips. I wish Chris didn’t allow her to break him the way she did. I hated the way he tried to the very end, to make her look better than she truly was. She did not deserve any of the tears he shed for that vile hypocritical, narcissistic snake.
I think it absolutely would have put Brook in her place if he said “I do not want to be associated with a bully who behaves so vehemently and immature, it’s embarrassing”. I think Chris was in a really tough spot, having just been corrected for the way he talks about women, and being let down by Brook so drastically.
Danny is literally giving Bec psychic damage whether he said the stupid triggering thing he said or not.
Chris is not even best husband and even so this treatment by Brook is appalling.
Brook is not self aware. Her actions are the exact opposite of her words. Her even asking Mel the question back as if she did not understand then just to answer “I got carried away” demonstrates she lacks the ability to introspect. And then running away? A child.
Danny has a right to feel upset, but has to understand the position Bec was in. First, Gia manipulated Bec into attacking Alyssa, and preplanned it. She weaponizd someone she knew she could manipulate. Of course Bec believed it for a sec, but there was too much going on around her for her to ground herself in reality and listen to Danny when she felt like her worst fear was coming true. She always is putting in an effort to counter automatic negative thought patterns every day, and he is aware of that and has welcomed those discussions in private. She and Danny need a plan for if she gets insecure when they are out in public together – to leave the area and regroup calmly one on one. Brook is trying to destroy everyone who threatens her power in the group, she was on a tear. I saw complete emotional detachment, an indicator of someone with so much psychological damage. Gia is manipulative because she is so helplessly insecure. She is holding on for dear life to the narrative of being the “power couple”, that she keeps lying about how perfect things are and has deemed any other good couple to be “fake”. It’s literally all on camera you fake twat.
