MasterChef 16-23

As Sweet Week continues the contestants take part in an Ice Cream Taste Test. The first four who guess incorrectly will land in the Round Two cook, after which someone will be sent home.

Team Challenge: Air. The judges and Heston Blumenthal welcome the eight contestants to the Mildura salt pan. The contestants must cook dishes inspired by 'air' in teams of four.

Ingredient Purchase Immunity Challenge. Contestants purchase their ingredients, using time as their currency. The more ingredients they purchase, the less time on the clock. For an immunity taste, they have no time to waste.
