  1. Morena constanly going on about head-locks and Jacqui about being dropped during her first dance is driving me crazy. Morena may be 57 but she moans like a 12 year old in the playground. Tony thinking he was going to be matched with a 30something to have children with is madness – joke or no joke. If that’s what he was after he should have gone on a dating site instead.
Veronica is like a puzzle – all she does is turn each question Eliot asks into sarcasm and I can’t even stand Eliot. I think Lauren has tainted her view and she’s not sure where to go with him.

    1. I don’t like Eliot at all – but maaaaan- I felt sorry for him when Veronica was speaking at him. I actually caught myself saying “YES YOU DID!” out loud every time she said “I didn’t say that”. Talk about gaslighting. Ugh. That argument was frustrating. I think Eliot only stayed long enough to have it so he could try to make himself look better in front of the audience he knows he lost with the whole Lauren fiasco

        1. Veronica must have had some messed up childhood to treat men like she does. She is like sk Aileen Wuornos, who killed seven men. This is her mentality.

    2. Lauren should have really minded her own business.  I wasn’t for Elliot either, but Veronica seems to be way worse.  Elliot was the one that was making perfect sense and was being reasonable.

    3. I don’t think a man exists who could tolerate Veronica. She’s such a horrible person. Elliot is trying so hard to get her to “accept” him, and he’s doing a great job. She bullies him and no matter what he does she scolds him.. “Don’t you dare raise your voice to me….” She is really mental.  I don’t know what “experts” these people are, but why didn’t they match Tony with a 37 year old woman looking for an older man.  I don’t think they match that age difference, but Im thinking a 48 year old woman would please Tony. I think if she were a fun, happy person, he wouldn’t feel the need to flee each weekend. She is so very miserable it makes me feel ill to watch her.  Same with Veronica. How could these personalities not come across when the “experts” are doing their interviews for the show.

  2. I don’t like the way Elliot treated Lauren, and I doubt if he’s here for the right reasons now. But I also think that the way Veronica treated him now, was doing him wrong. I don’t think he deserved that… But maybe things happened behind the Camera and that’s why she reacted the way she did.

  3. This whole episode really was confusing to me… all of the conversations seemed to be going in circles. I felt like Eliot was actually opening up a little and Veronica was the one who made it weird! Morena talks AT Tony….he could never make her happy…

    1. it’s because Lauren poisoned the well…..Eliot may be a narcissist but poor Veronica never even had a chance to discover that herself………..

      1. And Veronica doesn’t want to acknowledge that because it’s not an active choice that SHE has made and she’s ACTIVELY looking for reasons OF HER OWN to reject him so that she can convince herself SHE made the decision …independent the previous “relationship”.
And the fact is…Veronica IMMEDIATELY being turned off by how Elliott treated Lauren – IN FRONT OF HER (Veronica’s) FACE – is enough to justify her being done with him.
the rest of it is all Veronica’s ego.

  4. Someone remind me of what Awhina siater, Cleo did? Because she didn’t do enough if you ask me!! Adrain GO HOME and off our TV’s!!!

  5. I actually can’t believe I am saying this but I felt sorry for Elliot (he is still a douche), but sweet Mary ,Joseph and the donkey they rode in on.. Veronica went OTT.. he clearing explained it!
I actually can’t believe not listen too Morena anymore, she is far too hostile for me! Where did they get some of these women from this year .

  6. HAHAHAHAHA they out-narcissist’ed a narcissist – that evil tone with the weaponised therapy speak… shes as bad as he is

    1. This is exactly it!
      it’s the therapy-speak that she’s mastered.
Elliott is deserving of NO ONE’s sympathy. Let’s get THAT out of the way.
But her condescension and self-righteousness were at an 11. She chose NOT to communicate her (very understandable) distrust of him based on earlier events and instead of tackling THAT…she set up an opportunity for him to fail her again and then played semantics games with him (she DID what he said she said). And THEN kept moving the goalposts AND bringing up topics he tried to engage in but which SHE THEN claimed were distractions and deflections.
i don’t know if she was brought in to humble him. Casting seems to have a fun time playing emotional games with the couplings…😐…but this episode made Veronica look VERY rigid, hypocritical, and manipulative. If you were TRYING to make Elliott look bad…THIS approach by Veronica wasn’t it.

  7. I am so not liking the I’m better than you attitude from Veronica, she does not communicate at all, I am totally siding with Elliott on this one, get rid of the spoiled little girl Veronica!!!!!!!!!

    1. LOL literally i felt the same way. i couldn’t help but feel sorry for him and I don’t like the guy. at all. but it really seemed like he was trying and so confused. she was 100% bullying him, that said, I think she’s put off and resisting any sort of connection with him. (I mean I don’t blame her entirely for feeling that way) but it really looks like he’s putting in the work.

    1. I think he said that to give her an “out.”  She is miserable and Id leave each weekend if someone was constantly criticizing me every time I spoke. I’d leave and not come back.  Tony is a nice guy. What do you want him to do? Sit there 24/7 and take this woman’s criticism?  He doesn’t raise his voice to her. He doesn’t complain every time he opens his mouth etc. He’s the good guy.

  8. Can someone name Veronica’s fight style please? Like when someone uses semantics in an argument that way. Definitely gaslighting and bullying but there must be a label for how she was fighting. I know someone similar so just curious.

    1. I don’t know what it’s called, but it’s horrible. I’m no fan of Elliot, but when she came down on him for not being open and vulnerable enough, that was over the top and rather cruel. Elliot was at least trying and she is just insulting him.

    2. They discuss this on that show ‘couples therapy’, when someone jumps on semantics of particular words rather than acknowledging the whole of what you are saying, they are trying to intellectulise rather than empathise. It’s a way of taking control of the conversation and derailing so that it cannot be resolved. She doesn’t seem to WANT to understand Eliot, it doesn’t matter what he says in this scenario, it wont be correct.

      1. Wish I could use words your way. This is how I saw and felt this as well.
I found it hard to watch Eliot share a life story and then be judged.
        Veronica, you haven’t a heart.

  9. Eliot is genuinely trying and Veronica has walls up because of his earlier behavior. He was paired up with Lauren because they’re both so shallow.

  10. I think Tony lied about wanting a baby and is using it as an excuse to get rid of her. He seemed to really like her at first, but she seems self-absorbed and not wanting to truly connect with him. It’s not fun dating someone who wants you to be their “fan” rather than friend. He seems turned off by her negative outlook and not being lighthearted and fun. I would be too.

  11. I get what Veronica was saying. His story was bull…he’s 35 and his most vulnerable story is about experiencing a semi-scary moment at 9 years old? I think he gave her something that doesn’t really reveal much about him but looks like trying. THAT BEING SAID she lost any ground she had by taking it way too far and aggressive with it. Like she just needed to say this was a first step in sharing and I hope you get deeper and leave it at that. Now she’s got people feeling bad for the worst guy in this show.

  12. veronica is being such a snot.  omg.  elliot is a douche,no doubt but veronica is being a total you know what.  passive aggressive snotty..

  13. Verónica is being awful. She might’ve been more compatible with Elliot but yet she didn’t bother to give it a chance. No wonder she’s single.

    1. I agree 100 percent. Veronica has no right to tell Elliot how to feel. He expressed very deep emotions for the first time since he’s been on the show. He should be applauded, and not criticized. She is the most uncompassionate woman Ive seen on this entire series. He isn’t perfect, but he’s trying so hard to be the man she wants. Im so disappointed in Veronica.

  14. Lauren is still pretty bitter…. I wouldnt have connected with her personality either. Elliot is trying this time I wish Veronica would give him a chance.

  15. I don’t like Elliot. I don’t think they should’ve allowed him to return to the show. BUT in this instance, he did nothing wrong. She was too eager to find fault with him and jumped all over him for every little thing he said EVEN when he literally just said the exact same thing she said lol she was out of line and then played victim. I can’t believe I’m on Elliot’s side for once lol I hope she watched this back and realized she was aggressive for no reason

  16. I also applaude Elliot for sitting her down in the first place to try to get more clarity on why she’s upset. He could’ve been like: I did nothing wrong, get over it. At least he tried.
