Veronica is acting irrationally (to say it lightly)! I’m not a fan of Eliot at all, but she’s really getting under my skin with her gaslighting and constantly shutting him down when he’s clearly trying to make things work. She has no valid reason for doing this, and instead of moving on—because deep down, she knows she’s wrong—she keeps being aggressive and trying to silence him. What a terrible person.
She has a bit of the delulus. Not really tracking the happenings, but quite sure of her opinion being the TRUTH. Also seems to be experienced in shity relationship argument tactics.
I’ve never felt so angry about something I’ve seen on a TV show in my life, Veronica is terrible, I just want Eliot to leave and get far away from her. How she was all pally with Lauren as well didn’t sit right with me. I know she won’t watch this back and feel shame which is very sad.
I’d like to think she’s gotten a lot more the original Eliot we saw at the beginning. That’s the only way I can understand the way she’s coming at him now.
OMG YES!!! I was literally saying that out of ALL the toxicity, why only the one (who seems sincerely remorseful), rather than the emotional abusers and gaslighters and the ones literally wasting others’ time? SERIOUSLY. also, some people need some serious help here, it’s quite upsetting and concerning that the “experts” let a lot of these scenarios play out for TV. Jamie though, her expressions have me LOL’ing, LOVE her.
veronica is an amateur in dealing with narcissists, she spoke too much and he did what they do and completely darvo’d her and now shes made herself look silly, she should have equipped herself better and not listened to lauren
Wackie is a psycho. Anyone with her, should sleep with one eye open. She has some SERIOUS issues and needs professional help (and I don’t mean a marriage ‘expert’ )
I’m beginning to think the production went out and found the biggest wackadoodles in Australia! From Jaqui to Adrian to Veronica… I mean, what hospital did they raid…?…and did they bring enough straight jackets for them all??!
I’m guessing Veronica is only on here to boost her acting career. Her agent probably said, ” I have a gig for you…..here’s your role, start off cute and fun, then go into full attack mode. We need to get you some more dramatic roles.”
That’s true but we don’t know his level of insecurity or his past and honestly throwing that you slept with a well known rapper is in a way emasculating imho
Morena is funny-serious!!! “See this woman right here, she is 57, she can’t reproduce children” LOL She is not lying. What is wrong with Tony?
Tony wanted a way out that saves face for both him and Morena. Her friends got waaaay to understanding when they heard about, how this young (50+) boys life long wish to be a father. Also Tony did a small shrug when he told the camera about it.
This season the editor are savages, they leave in a lot of real stuff.
Question; Are American guys THAT much different from Australian guys? What I mean is, why the major drama over Paul punching a door out of anger. That’s not such a big deal here in the states. I don’t condone violence and, yeah, it was a bit extreme, but he’s being treated like he murdered someone. So much outrage. I’m just wondering if there’s that much of a cultural difference.
IKR? They have a full on psychopath (Jacqui) running loose, Adrian being emotionally abusive…but we draw the line & are OUTRAGED when a man temporarily loses his cool & punches a door? So the door has more value than human emotions? Wonder how that will make Awhina feel…go save that door, experts!!
does this not encapsulate everything wrong with men in general. u say u don’t condone violence but there’s always an escalation, the wall punch was just the first step into domestic violence. imagine what he’d have done if there were no cameras. seek help.
I’m 34 years old, been with my husband for 14 years, and have lived in Los Angeles all my life and this kind of behavior is a FIRM indication of lack of emotional intelligence and self control. Why should it reach destruction?? Punching the wall IS DRAMATIC and TOTALLY unnecessary. This WREAKS of domestic violence…. especially him coming back looking for sympathy and saying ‘he hates himself for how he acted.’ The fact that you defend it and don’t recognize these red flags is sad and scary.
Paul is very clearly remorseful and distraught. He has taken responsibility for his actions. That’s a sign of maturity and emotional intelligence IMHO.
THIS. Plus the stark contrast between his version and her version of the events directly preceding his violent outburst is VERY telling.
Just think, they were in SUCH a good place, she made ONE comment that upset him and he resorted to violence. The beginning of their relationship is also now giving love bombing.
This is exactly how DV relationships start, escalation is eminent and I know from experience. I also didn’t “feel” afraid of him at first, I also rationalized and gave him the benefit of the doubt, and by the end of it, I realized what I thought was fear of losing him, was actually me rationalizing away the fact that I was completely terrified of him.
Punching doors and walls is ABSOLUTELY a big deal in the states. If I was ever in a relationship where someone punched a hole in the wall that would be the end of it. If I saw that behavior in friends I would be extremely concerned. I’m sorry that in your life it has been normalized, but that is not the experience for all Americans. The difference between Paul’s actions and everyone else’s horrible, manipulative behavior is that Paul became physical. The pattern of extreme aggression and then love bombing is classic DV. Paul is not a murder, but people who have displayed similar behavior do become murders. OFTEN. Domestic Violence OFTEN leads to homoicide. It is the leading cause of death in pregnant women in the United States. Above any terrifiing medical complication- its homoicide related to DV. So yes, I think Paul’s behavior is way worse than gaslighting and very serious. I hope he gets the help he needs.
Disagree. From the USA
My daughter, 24, had depression, anxiety and emotions she didnt know how to deal with. To relieve that she would, aggressively, punch her pillow.
Imagine her as a guy whose not supposed to show emotion. Punching a wall is more manly.
My daughter started taking Lexapro, anger is gone.
I think he just needed an outlet for depression anger, and could use some help and therapy.
If someone wants to bruise/break their knucles, they are letting out something. Anger, frustration, sadness whatever. Let em get it out without judgement
People forget men need to feel respected. Even as a woman- you would be okay with a comment like that- but your husband (who is a MAN) is gonne be like wtf when his wife makes a comment like that infront of friends.. and now he’s gonna think of that whenever hearing about the rapper.
So past sex life should be in the past; unless discussed intimately on a deeper level.
That being said- he had every right to feel sided and overreact cause she wouldn’t give him his space.
She needs to respect him as a man and not make those comments/give him space when making disrespectful comments.

If they are threatening to kicking paul out why did they not kick adrian out….

Stop with the asymmetrical necklines! Once is cute, twice is annoying, three times is a really ugly trend.
So distracting.
Jamie is incredible. She just comes out and says what everyone is thinking.
Yes, I like her much better than I thought I was going to. If that makes sense.

I want to know who the rapper was that Paul got all upset about?! I bet it was Drake…LOL
It’s Quavo according to the daily mail article posted today
She honestly didn’t need to reveal that to him. Subconsciously probably wanted to see his jealousy over her but it went quite badly
But why should he be jealous of something in the past? Everyone has a past

Adrain talking all that sh*t about Awhina sister and not one thing about his Hihenas attacking Awhina.
When we were first introduced to Jamie, I know I was like OMG she’s too much. Who knew Jamie & Dave would be the best couple <3
I love them ❤️
wacky jacqui
Some of these guys should seriously have a psychiatric assessment before being accepted. Jacqui is a prime example of why!

Thank you. That’s how I see the situation. The way Adrian treats Awhina is far worse, IMO. same with Morena. She’s just plain mean.

i’m from the states and it is no bfd. wht is the big issue. total bs.
100!! Punching something isn’t the same as punching a person!! He didn’t need to hear that!
If someone wants to bruise/break their knucles, they are letting out something. Anger, frustration, sadness whatever. Let em get it out without judgement
I believe Jacqui and Adrian are either on the spectrum or actors, really bad actors!
their behavior is purely narcissistic and mean spirited. i see no signs of autism…geez!
Who wants to hear about their partner shagging someone else!! I’d punched something too! He’s human!! He didn’t need to know!
But why would she tell that…. who cares she slept with a rapper lol
he punched a door and ???? so what. he didn’t punch her.
