MasterChef 17-12

To kick off Masters Week, industry icon Josh Niland gives a fish butchery masterclass and the contestants must use one of his signature butchery techniques to prepare flathead in 75 minutes.

Contestants have 75 minutes to cook a dish using one or more of the eight ingredients in the mystery box. The contestants are pushed to the limit when a twist is delivered to their benches.

Before our contestants can cook for immunity, they must get through Sofia's 'wrap your hands around this' challenge.
