  1. Have none of these contestants ever watched the Block before. they’ve always had the rules that you can invite family members to work as long as they’re inducted and you pay the minimum wage.Just surprises me every time that contestants don’t seem to know the rules. mark the rules have changed quite a lot since the original shows.

      1. I’m not sure that I agree with you, Sue. I see Jolene as the most envious and long-faced contestant, I actually feel for Adam because he is so lighthearted and nice! Jolene has been jealous of house 4 from the very beginning; she took their bit table, then went crazy saying they had copied her when they got the small one. They submitted their request for the cellar 4 weeks before, and now she says they have copied her when she spied on house 4’s plans and photos.  Then Jolene brings in two people without even consulting the rest of the contestants in the shared house -huge disrespect and proof of entitlement on her side.  She is the sneakiest and grumpiest of all! Ugh🙄
I agree that house 2 is not in the hands of the kindest or most talented contestants; I super dislike their selfish approach to everything.
Frankly, I think they ought to be reprimanded by the production, but they won’t because of what happened at the very beginning.
Well, what to do…  I really felt bad for Rosco’s dad having to leave, but again, neither Lisa nor Rosco asked the rest of the housemates if they agreed.
It’s basic respect for each other.
Oh! And don’t get me started on Tayla.  Poor Rick, has had to do everything on his own, and they never win anything because Tayla is not only lazy, but also completely clueless!
Well, let’s see what happens. I am all for houses 3 and 4. I love house’s 4 design and how Courtney works like her life depends on it; and even though I don’t like some of the behaviour that Lisa and Rosco have had, they are doing a good job. I love their black swimming pool and the dark kitchen and laundry cabinets. I think it sets them apart.
Again, let’s see what happens! 😃

  2. As much as Contestants are allowed to get help from friends and family, it is making the living situation a little cramped. 10 people in 1 house is hard enough, not discussing it with them makes it worse. Imagine if each couple was to then bring 1 additional person since Jolene is making it seem like they are over-reacting for even bringing it up, fair right?
